Welcome to Augusta Acupuncture Clinic. By accessing our website, filling out forms, booking an appointment, or communicating with us via SMS or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website & Services

You may use our website and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service functionality

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

By submitting a form or contacting us, you are requesting to schedule a consultation. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for any reason, including provider availability or inclement weather.

We request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited access to future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

Our New Patient Special includes a consultation and exam for $67. Additional treatments or services may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to being rendered.

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance where applicable.

4. VA & Insurance Eligibility

Veterans may be eligible for acupuncture services through the VA Community Care Program. While we will assist in coordinating with the VA, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain and maintain necessary approvals.

We are not responsible for denied claims or lack of coverage. All non-covered services are the responsibility of the patient.

5. SMS Consent & Communication

By submitting your phone number via any form or communication, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, confirmations)

  • Marketing or promotional messages (e.g., special offers, health tips)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message & data rates may apply.

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our messaging platform, which securely stores your information and ensures delivery compliance under A2P 10DLC.
