Welcome to Augusta Acupuncture Clinic. By accessing our website, filling out forms, booking an appointment, or communicating with us via SMS or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website & Services

You may use our website and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service functionality

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

By submitting a form or contacting us, you are requesting to schedule a consultation. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for any reason, including provider availability or inclement weather.

We request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited access to future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

The standard price for a new patient consultation and exam is $249. Additional treatments or services may have separate charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered.

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance where applicable.

4. VA & Insurance Eligibility

Veterans may be eligible for acupuncture services through the VA Community Care Program. While we will assist in coordinating with the VA, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain and maintain necessary approvals.

We are not responsible for denied claims or lack of coverage. All non-covered services are the responsibility of the patient.

5. SMS Consent & Communication

Program name: Augusta Acupuncture Clinic Customer Care SMS. By opting in to this program, you agree to receive conversational messages from Augusta Acupuncture Clinic about customer care, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. This GoTo program does not include advertising, special offers, or promotional broadcasts.

Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. We send messages after you agree to the relevant message types, or reply directly to an inquiry you initiate by text. Any separate promotional messaging program requires a separate, explicit opt-in. Consent to customer-care messages does not authorize marketing messages, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to stop messages. You may also contact the clinic to withdraw consent. A final confirmation of your opt-out may be sent; no further messages in the program will be sent unless you opt in again.
